Perdomo’s affiliates / management have performed mass demolition / environmental projects in excessive of 4 million square feet on a single project both private and for the federal government.  On any given year, Perdomo could / has performed over 25 million square feet of building demolition / remediation in a single year.  

Perdomo WorldWide’s affiliates also evaluate demolition costs, environmental risk and future use assessments for clients as well as managing their decommissioning process for a fee base or risk transfer.  Based on value and clean up costs, Perdomo also purchases for a positive value when the value exceeds the clean up costs.  Perdomo’s managed and owned affiliates, also take a fee on larger risk transfers to alleviate the client from holding costs and liability to relieve the costs off their books for financial stability.  Perdomo holds over $150 million in Bonding and can obtain insurance policies to insure against risk on complete Liability Transfers as well. With the companies financial stability, safety record and know how, it can obtain higher insurance limits paid by the clients to take over distressed assets that are contaminated by pollution and environmental risks.  

Perdomo WorldWide also purchased distressed real estate assets, loan acquisitions on troubled real estate developers / bank / lenders and also does lump sum purchases on deals needing to be offloaded for debt restructuring.
